RESTORATION

2 Kings 6:5-6 KJV [5] But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed. [6] And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim. Restoration is the action of returning something to a former owner, place or condition. Replacing or repairing to it’s original state. Everyone has had to lose, misplace or spoilt something at one point or the other and desired a replacement or recovery of such. If it’s something you can replace, you go ahead and replace it immediately but there are some things that you have lost and desire a replacement but you have no control over. A miracle was needed for the recovery of the axe head and it happened. An iron axe head that was sup

BE GRATEFUL AND BE A BLESSING

2 Corinthians 9:10-11 KJV [10] Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) [11] Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. It’s a month of divine visitation. It promises to be a glorious month and an awesome second half. We all know that during the half time in a football match, the players and the coach assess the performance in the first half. After the evaluation, they come up with strategies as to how to improve on their performance and win in the second half. We also need to do some evaluation and sorting. Do away with things that are not working or that represents time waters. Don’t let your mistakes or your pasts drown you. Focus your energy on what will propel you towards your goal. Don’t relent, don’t be discouraged. Affirm that this is your season and everything will work together for your good. The Lord that visited Hannah a
