PRAYER REVOLUTION 180

Luke 18:1 KJV [1] And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; The above scripture says men should pray always, constantly, every time, and not to faint or be tired/weary. After this injunction, we were told of a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man but had to avenge a widow because he didn’t want her to weary him with her continual coming. We also do that with our kids when they keep disturbing with their request. We try to get them off our back so we give them what they want, some times reluctantly all in a bid to allow us concentrate on other important matters. If human beings can do this, God who is just will do much more. Note that the widow was not tired of going back to the judge. She was determined to get justice. A lot of people have desires but are not desperate or determined to do all it takes to get that desire. While some are determined, they get weary along the way. If we are willing to pray consistently, there’s

DEALING WITH CHARACTER FLAWS

John 15:5 KJV [5] I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. Do you know that no man is perfect? Everyone you see and respect has something they need to work on. No one is self sufficient. We’re made to be totally dependent on God. We can of ourselves do nothing. That is why we are referred to as branches and Jesus, the vine. We draw strength from Him. It is not only perfect people that identifies with Jesus. They are imperfect people that are willing to be made by Him. The same way He said to the fishermen, follow me and I will make you fishers of men, He’s willing to make us who He wants us to be. We’re all work in progress in the hands of God but we have to be willing to allow ourselves to be molded so that we can be fit for the Master’s use. You may have issues with anger, stubbornness, pride, lying, cheating, jealousy, masturbation, greed e.t.c, it is not a criteria not to be used o

MAKE THAT MOVE

Psalm 145:19 KJV [19] He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. There are people who want to attempt a few things or take steps in life but are afraid of the unknown. Some have the fear of failure, some procrastinate, others are bothered about what people will say and so on. The desire to make progress or add value must be stronger than the excuses that try to stop you. The devil has a way of holding people captive with lies in their thoughts. You need to break free from such lies and focus on your desired goal. Be unstoppable. The moment you overcome the thought/lie, you break free. Those excuses produce fear. They are false evidences appearing real. Esther needed to go before the king to appeal on behalf of her people in order to override a conspiracy that was meant to eliminate the Jews, but she was handicapped by the law that anyone who appears before the king without being sent for will be put to death, except those who find

SEASON OF RESTORATION

Psalm 107:35 KJV [35] He turneth the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into watersprings. Restoration is reinstatement or repair. It is the action of returning something to a former owner place or condition. God’s restoration is usually more glorious than the former state. Everyone at one point or the other, have something that they have lost or have been dispossessed of and desires such to be returned. This loss may be due to ignorance, forceful dispossession, lack of knowledge or understanding, uninformed decision, anger and so many other reasons. Irrespective of the reason, the good news is, God by His mercy is able and willing to restore if we will turn to Him for help. David returned to Gilgal in 1Samuel 30 and found that their camp had been raided. They wept and David turned to God. And the Lord gave him an assurance that he will recover all and he did. The Lord restored the fortunes of Job and gave him twice as much as he had before. Joseph was sold into slavery b
