TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR THOUGHT (3)

Mark 7:20-21,23 KJV [20] And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. [21] For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, [23] All these evil things come from within, and defile the man. Thoughts are very powerful. They can make you excited or depressed, they can also make you win or lose. The mind is a battle field where all wars are won or lost. It is imperative to emphasize the fact that our lives go in the direction of our thoughts. Whatever your mind can conceive, it can achieve whether positive or negative. All the things listed in the above scripture starts from our thoughts. Nobody can commit these sins without first thinking about them, knowing they give temporary pleasure. Your thought life reflects in your words and actions. No one sees what goes in your mind but your words and actions reveal it. Thoughts dictates decision. The Lord said to Noah that the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his

Job 3:25 KJV [25] For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. Thinking is the process of considering or reasoning about something. Everything we do in life begins with a thought process. We are made to think, process and envision things. Our thoughts can determine their reality. It is possible to get what you focus on. If you pay close attention, you will see the correlation between your thoughts and what you have in your reality. Your thoughts can produce fear or faith and also give birth to what it produced. Negative thoughts can not produce positive results instead it will create fear and unpleasant experiences. Negative thoughts give room for the devil to operate. Job said what he greatly feared and what he was afraid of came upon him. What was he thinking of that confirmed the calamity that befell him? Why did he think he could lose everything God had blessed him with? Why didn’t he think of the scripture that says the bles

Proverbs 23:7 KJV [7] For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. What we think about is so powerful that it has the ability to produce itself physically. It’s like a pregnancy that births what it is carrying. Wrong thoughts leave you in the place of regret. You go in the direction of your thought. We spend much time on our outlook while the things that go on behind the scene which no man can see is absurd. The mind is like an engine room that powers the body. Do you know that if people can read our mind and know our thought, there’s every likelihood we’ll keep it pure? We always manifest our thoughts. It only takes a process before it becomes visible. Your life downloads your thought. Be careful what you think. If you give a wrong thought an inch, it takes a mile. Don’t give negative thought space. As soon as it comes, give it an eviction notice immediately, if not, you’ll surrender to it. If you don’t like what is going

BORN TO TRIUMPH

2 Corinthians 2:14 KJV [14] Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. Triumph is defined as great victory and achievement which always results in jubilation.    It is also an act of defeating an enemy or opponent in a battle, game or other competition. Everyone at one point or the other is faced with some issues that can be overwhelming. Before you have victory, you must have been faced with a challenge, obstruction or hindrance. Life is a battle field. The battles can be spiritual, marital, mental, financial or physical. There is no life without trouble, but the end result is assuredly triumphant when God is with you. Psalm 34:19 KJV [19] Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. There won’t be a trouble free life but there will be victory filled life. Three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to worship king Nebuchadnezzar’s golden i
