Proverbs 23:7 KJV

[7] For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.


What we think about is so powerful that it has the ability to produce itself physically. It’s like a pregnancy that births what it is carrying. Wrong thoughts leave you in the place of regret. You go in the direction of your thought. We spend much time on our outlook while the things that go on behind the scene which no man can see is absurd. The mind is like an engine room that powers the body. Do you know that if people can read our mind and know our thought, there’s every likelihood we’ll keep it pure? We always manifest our thoughts. It only takes a process before it becomes visible. Your life downloads your thought. Be careful what you think. If you give a wrong thought an inch, it takes a mile. Don’t give negative thought space. As soon as it comes, give it an eviction notice immediately, if not, you’ll surrender to it. If you don’t like what is going on around you, ask yourself what am I thinking about? What propels your thought? Is it the media, what you see, what you hear, what you read, past experiences or the word of God? Your mind is a control tower. It is a programming room. What you garbage in is what what you garbage out. A video of a young boy who said he wants to be a murderer when he grows up went viral. People wondered why a little boy should nurse such a weird ambition. His control tower, which is his mind has been wrongly influenced by the films and cartoons he’s been watching. It’s only a matter of time, if his mind is not reprogrammed, that he’ll carry out what he’s been processing in his mind. Thoughts are powerful so watch what you think.

OVERCOMING FEAR Fear is a trick of the enemy to keep you oppressed, suppressed and depressed. You are probably afraid because of what you have seen or heard, something you believe you can’t handle. Have you ever asked yourself, why am I afraid? Assuming you have a project to deliver    and you don’t have the capital to execute it before the dateline, you get apprehensive and lose your sleep because a lifetime opportunity is about to slip off. But when you know a Bank will handle it, you go to sleep because your fear is taken care of. You have a Father who is not only greater than the Bank but owns the whole world (Psalm 24:1) and gives you access to Himself 24/7. He’s always ready to carry your burden if you bring them to Him. MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR RELATIONSHIPS We are all blessed one way or the other. I see relationship as one of those blessedness. It’s important to God so it is very important to me. Some people will come your way for a short period and some for long periods almost a life time. When they go down memory lane in another ten years, would they be grateful they met you or otherwise? It is possible to be good and do a wrong thing that wipes out the good due to the extent of hurt it brings. I know there are people that you’re nice to that will forget and hold on to little wrong. There’s nothing you can do about that, just be good. Forgive, forgive and forgive. Applaud people when you can. Encourage them, help them, inspire them, appreciate them, love them, check up on them.
