GOD IS ABLE

Job 22:29 KJV

When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.


Economic situation all over the world is nothing to write home about. When an event happens in one country, the effects can be felt on the economies of other countries. The world economy faces the risk of a prolonged period of growth. 


The world system is failing everyday but the Word of God stands sure. The world system may seem to be easier but don’t go that way. God’s way is the best and far superior. Don’t look to natural sources, your job, your strength or investment (it doesn’t mean you won’t work but don’t depend on it. It can’t solve your issues). Believe God for direction and look to His Word. He is able to get things done. Who would have thought a fish could carry a coin? Yet it did. Or that a widow in Zarephath who had little left, could sustain a servant of God and her household through the period of famine? Anything can happen when God is involved. The foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

Keep your eye on the Word of God, so that your business, career and life can be full of light. Don’t be moved by what is going on around you. Don’t compromise on your decision even when there is no physical evidence that God is at work, only look at the Word for evidence. 

Don’t waver. Make a quality decision that the Word is true because it is.

Build a self reliance on God’s Word.

Believe the Word more than you believe what you can see or feel. When you are committed to God’s Word, God will be committed to you. It is commitment to God’s Word that brings revelation knowledge to triumph over any situation. You will not be stranded. You will always know what to do in Jesus name.

There is always a choice between the world’s way and the Word’s way.  Go with the Word.


Job 22:22-24 KJV

Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. [23] If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. [24] Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.

I woke on the 4th of June which was my birthday with a heart of thanksgiving. I honestly have so many reasons to thank God looking at the goodness of God in my life. It was a Sunday and the church celebrated me, coupled with the fact that the day before was our 28th wedding anniversary. COUNT IT ALL JOY

  James 1:2-3 KJV - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. Contrary to the normal human mindset, we are instructed to count our trials and temptations as joy. This is kingdom mindset, not the world’s. God’s plan is to use our trials to make us grow and to strengthen us.    This looks impossible to the natural man.   Challenges and dificulties are unavoidable. They come whether you are walking in God’s will or not. Sarah, Hannah and Elizabeth had to contend with barrenness. We all have to contend with one challenge or the other at every point in life.  When you are faced with difficult situations, do you give up or walk through? A very good example of a person that persevered is Abraham Lincoln. He failed some many times but he pushed past his failures and eventually became the 16th president of the United States. His name is known till date because he didn’t give up. Life is full of experiences that will make you swim or sink.    Don’t wait to learn to swim when the boat is at verge of capsizing.
