TURN AROUND

John 15:5 KJV

[5] I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.


We thank God for the last day of the first quarter in year 2021. No matter where you are and what you are faced with, you have reasons to be grateful. Don’t put yourself under pressure and don’t let anybody put you under pressure. Irrespective of what may have happened in this first quarter, I want you to know that the best is yet to come. Losses will restored, barrenness will come to an end, dryness will be over, sicknesses will be healed, weeping will cease and joy will come in Jesus name. Don’t despair. The miracle worker will turn things around in your favor. Be optimistic as we approach this second quarter.  This is your season. The Lord will do new things and the former things you will not remember anymore. Let the Lord lead you because He is the all knowing God. Without Him we can do nothing.?He has good plan for you. Go to Him and download what is in His mind. The Lord will lead you . Trust Him and believe Him for divine help and direction. It is time to get ready for the unusual. There will be an outpouring of His spirit in this season.  The Lord is ready to meet the need of that person that will lay aside every weight and is thirsty for His presence. It is time to run after God so that other things will run after you. Those that will have extraordinary results at this time, are those who will not do what everyone is doing but what is in the heart of the Father. Be open, release yourself to God, spend time with Him and let the Spirit of God work in you and with you. Stop exerting energy all by yourself. You will not labor in vain. As you abide in Him and He abides in you, you will bear much fruit. You will testify of the goodness and the faithfulness of God in Jesus name.

I woke on the 4th of June which was my birthday with a heart of thanksgiving. I honestly have so many reasons to thank God looking at the goodness of God in my life. It was a Sunday and the church celebrated me, coupled with the fact that the day before was our 28th wedding anniversary. So it was double celebration characterized with so much singing and dancing, giving glory to God.  Usually my parents will call early to sing and pray, which was their custom for all their children and grandchildren, but they didn’t call me.   Challenges and dificulties are unavoidable. They come whether you are walking in God’s will or not. Sarah, Hannah and Elizabeth had to contend with barrenness. We all have to contend with one challenge or the other at every point in life.  When you are faced with difficult situations, do you give up or walk through? A very good example of a person that persevered is Abraham Lincoln. He failed some many times but he pushed past his failures and eventually became the 16th president of the United States. His name is known till date because he didn’t give up. Life is full of experiences that will make you swim or sink.    Don’t wait to learn to swim when the boat is at verge of capsizing. COUNT IT ALL JOY

  James 1:2-3 KJV - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. Contrary to the normal human mindset, we are instructed to count our trials and temptations as joy. This is kingdom mindset, not the world’s. God’s plan is to use our trials to make us grow and to strengthen us.    This looks impossible to the natural man. That is why the scriptures the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
