[7] God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.


Welcome to the month of June. This month will be to you a month of Sweetness and Watered Garden., which depicts fruitfulness, productivity and harvest. Everything that has been bitter will turn to sweetness. Get ready for a change that comes with pleasant surprises . When the children of Israel left the Red Sea, they were in the wilderness for three days without water. They got to Marah, and the water there was bitter. The Lord shewed Moses a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet. Irrespective of how your journey in life has been, the Lord is set to do a new thing that will not make you remember the former things anymore. When the change of Joseph came after his bitter experience in the pit, in slavery and the prison, it was a promotion beyond his imagination. Everything will work together for your good. When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, it was like a dream. The Lord will work in your life beyond your request or imagination. Be prepared to receive a testimony that looks like a dream. Start this month with an attitude of gratitude and with high expectations as we approach the end of the first half year. Let’s start a. 30 day praise challenge today where we look for a reason to thank God or dance throughout this month. On the third of this month by the grace of God will mark my 27th wedding anniversary and on the 4th, my 52nd birthday. I already started my praise challenge. It’s not just because of these that I’m praising God but because I’m counting my blessings. I may not have it all but I’m grateful for life, my salvation, all that I have and those yet to come. How about you? As we thank Him, He will do more. The things of joy will increase in our tabernacles in Jesus name.

I woke on the 4th of June which was my birthday with a heart of thanksgiving. I honestly have so many reasons to thank God looking at the goodness of God in my life. It was a Sunday and the church celebrated me, coupled with the fact that the day before was our 28th wedding anniversary. So it was double celebration characterized with so much singing and dancing, giving glory to God.  Usually my parents will call early to sing and pray, which was their custom for all their children and grandchildren, but they didn’t call me.   Challenges and dificulties are unavoidable. They come whether you are walking in God’s will or not. Sarah, Hannah and Elizabeth had to contend with barrenness. We all have to contend with one challenge or the other at every point in life.  When you are faced with difficult situations, do you give up or walk through? A very good example of a person that persevered is Abraham Lincoln. He failed some many times but he pushed past his failures and eventually became the 16th president of the United States. His name is known till date because he didn’t give up. Life is full of experiences that will make you swim or sink.    Don’t wait to learn to swim when the boat is at verge of capsizing. COUNT IT ALL JOY

  James 1:2-3 KJV - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. Contrary to the normal human mindset, we are instructed to count our trials and temptations as joy. This is kingdom mindset, not the world’s. God’s plan is to use our trials to make us grow and to strengthen us.    This looks impossible to the natural man. That is why the scriptures the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
