UTILIZE YOUR TIME

Have you ever noticed our time flies? Time waits for no one. The Bible enjoins to redeem the time. Time is one thing  no one can stop, whether you spend it or invest it. Spending time means it is used in a way that you can’t account for it (wasted). Investing time is putting it into good use and having results to show for it. Time does not respect your age. It works both for young and old equally. It is always counting, that is why you must make good use of your day and let your time count. 

What do you need to stop doing? 

What do you need to start doing? 

You are the light that is destined to shine, no matter how little you think it is. What you do with your time determines how bright your light will shine. You are not too young to make impact and you are not too old to do same either. Make your own impact positively. No matter how small, it will count. 

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 KJV

[1] To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: [2] A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; [3] A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; [4] A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; [5] A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; [6] A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; [7] A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; [8] A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Please ask yourself what time is it in my life? What you do with your time today has significant impact on your life tomorrow and the legacy you leave. Time is a universal currency, it is available for everyone in equal proportion. It is how we maximize it that differs and the result too differs. Your time is your life. You can’t go back and correct yesterday but you can utilize today by making the most of it. Tomorrow is in God’s hands. Evaluate each day. It is time for you to Arise, Shine. Blessings

    Hmmm.....what time is it in my life right now? There are things we need to achieve at a particular time of our life so that other things can come in. May we not miss that time in Jesus Name, amen. Thanks for sharing ma.

I woke on the 4th of June which was my birthday with a heart of thanksgiving. I honestly have so many reasons to thank God looking at the goodness of God in my life. It was a Sunday and the church celebrated me, coupled with the fact that the day before was our 28th wedding anniversary.   Challenges and dificulties are unavoidable. They come whether you are walking in God’s will or not. Sarah, Hannah and Elizabeth had to contend with barrenness. We all have to contend with one challenge or the other at every point in life.  When you are faced with difficult situations, do you give up or walk through? A very good example of a person that persevered is Abraham Lincoln. He failed some many times but he pushed past his failures and eventually became the 16th president of the United States. Contrary to the normal human mindset, we are instructed to count our trials and temptations as joy. This is kingdom mindset, not the world’s.
